Delivery policy
Despatch Lead Times
We aim to despatch all in-stock items within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Please allow up to 3 weeks for any items that are made to order - to create/ personalise/ hallmark (where required), and despatch.
Postage
Standard UK delivery is Royal Mail Signed For 1st class, which aims for 1 delivery day. An express delivery service is also offered using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next day.
Standard international delivery is Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For, which aims for 3-5 days within Europe and 5-7 days for worldwide.
Please note - delivery timescales are in addition to the despatch lead times specified above.
