A single round cabochon moonstone set in silver and suspended freely within a hammered silver heart. The gemstone is set in a closed-backed mount to reflect the beautiful lustre of the moonstone.
The pendant is entirely handmade and comes suspended on an 18 inch sterling silver trace link necklace.
